IS DONE!!! The house can now be re-appraised!!! Praise the Lord he is so good and held the weather off so they could get it done this past weekend!
On the other hand what should we paint the insides? We are thinking red for the kitchen, a mocha color for the family room (although Scott wants to call it then den), and we are up in the air about the other rooms.
I want to paint our room a nice rich purple on one wall and the other three a light purple. I am not so sure about the bathrooms, and we are going to leave the future kid's rooms what they are for now.
I am looking for inspiration anyone have any ideas?

A glimpse into the future...
We had nursery at church this last week and it was farely busy. We had three boys and one girl. The girl and one boy are just over a year old and the other two boys were almost two and ready to be out of nursery.
Scott was so amazing with the other two boys while I kept the babies occupied. He was chasing one around while pushing the other on a car, playing football with them, trying to teach them kung fu, and just haveing plain old fun with them! It was so awesome to see how he is becoming more comfortable with kids and a glimpse into the future of him playing with our kids.
In turn I have HUGE baby fever!

Well It's About Time
Time is moving so slow I feel with the house, we don't close until April 29th which seems forever away. We have been on the lookout for furniture and paint colors and different ideas for the house. A lot of the weekend has been spend watching HGTV and other home improvement shows.
The appraisal was done and went well but with our loan the government needs the trimming stripped and painted before we close, then it also needs to be re-assessed. We are praying for the weather to cooperate with us because the seller has decided to paint it herself. We just hope there is enough time before we close so we can get it re-assessed and keep the rate that we got.
Scott keeps coming up with ideas about what to do with the house and it is changing everyday. Sometimes he wants to keep things the way they are, and sometimes he wants to change everything. I cannot keep up with him it is so exhausting trying to follow him and all his ideas. He keeps driving by the house just to 'check' on it and if it is still standing, and also the roof because we have not seen that yet with all the snow this winter. He keeps flip flopping on that too. Some days it is "we can do this ourselves if we ask some friends" other days it is "I think we should get quotes just to make sure because I don't know if we can do this ourselves, with it being a tare off job and everything." To that I don't know what to say.
For now we keep thinking about what we want to do first with the house and if we can get our apartment rented our so we don't have to pay rent and a mortgage till August.

WE BOUGHT A HOUSE!!
With the new year roling in Scott and I decided to be able to jump two feet into the housing market. After only 1 weekend of seeing 18 houses we finally found THE ONE.
Let me tell you about it! It is a three bedroom 2.5 bath on 1.5 acres, in the town of Cedarburg. If you look at the pictures of the last post it is the middle one. Now this house is going to NEED A LOT of loving, carpet, and paint. The current family has done nothing to the house except landscape the yard.
We wrote up an offer on the house Sunday (1.30.11) and received a counter offer by Monday (1.31.11) night. We countered their counter offer Tuesday (2.1.11) at noon and recieved thier acceptance of our counter offer by quarter to five the same day!! Scott got to leave work early because of the weather and stopped in by me at work and handed me his phone with a text from our realtor with the words ACCEPTED OFFER!!! We are so excited and blessed to get this house and could agree on an amount so soon!
We now have to do all the inspections and testing of the well and septic because we are in the town of Cedarburg. We are still in our lease at our apartment until Aug. 31 but will be closing on the house on April 29, 2011. We plan on giving our notice to our manager so they can try to find another renter by the time we want to move out!

GO PACK GO!!!
We went to the Packer Game!! It was my first regular season game!! It was very cold but a lot of fun!!
