We Have a New...

Everything.... That is, roof, water softener, car, and pressure tank for our well.

God has blessed with a house, but has also tested us to keep trusting Him in everything that we do. Within the first week of being in the house our water softener started leaking, praise God it was covered by our home waranty policy we got with the house.

After we arrived home from a relaxing Fourth weekend, our pressure tank decided to fail, unfortunately it was not covered by the home warranty.

We knew the roof needed fixing, but our insurance company made sure we did it within the first month we were in the house or they wouldn't cover us.

Scott's car started to go into fail safe mode i.e. 2nd gear on the highway, and started to not cooperate with us. This was before we closed on the house, so we had to limp the car through the house closing and went shopping for a new one the first weekend we moved in. We ended up buying a 2007 Toyota Corrolla. We LOVE it! It has great gas milage and is very sporty looking.

Thank you God for providing for us and keeping us trusting in you.

We had a wonderful time up north with Scott's family, finally relaxing after the first half of the stressful year.

Roommate Day

I got the chance to get away and catch up with my roommates from college. It was a great evening to spend with the lovely ladies, catching up and sharing lots of photos with everyone! Below is a picture we recreated from our college days...I feel so old saying that.

Malory is in pink, she has two kids husband is Dale, teaches gym and milks cows part time. Kaitlyn is in purple, she works as an accountant in Milwaukee, has a dog Nika and boyfriend Jon. Stacy is in green, she is an art teacher, has a dog named fern and makes jewelry. Nikki is in red, she is also an acountant, married to Lance and has a cat and a dog. It was great catching up with everyone!
